By accessing or using Connect Boy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Connect Boy. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We use industry-standard security measures, including password hashing, to protect your account, but you are responsible for maintaining your own credential confidentiality.

Connect Boy is a multiplayer gaming platform. Users agree to:

• Play fairly and use the games as intended
• Not use cheats, hacks, or automated bots to gain an advantage
• Maintain a respectful and positive community environment
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service infrastructure

Violation of conduct policies may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

All game designs, graphics, code, and brand materials are the exclusive property of Connect Boy. Your use is limited to personal, non-commercial gameplay. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.

By submitting content (e.g., in-game chat or invites), you grant us a license to use and display such content for service functionality. You remain responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful.

Connect Boy features an integrated wallet system for managing in-game currency and transactions.

• Wallet BalanceRepresents your current in-game funds for use within the platform.
• TransactionsAll deposits, withdrawals, and internal payments are tracked via unique reference tokens.
• RefundsAll digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Third-Party ProcessingExternal transactions are handled by secure payment gateways; Connect Boy is not liable for issues arising from third-party processor failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to cheating, fraud, or harassment. Upon termination, access to wallet balances and in-game progress may be forfeited.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Boy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
